1. The short version

Our Site is a static informational website. We do not use advertising or analytics trackers, we do not set cookies, and we do not collect personal information through web forms: the audit request form on the Site composes a prefilled email in your own mail client, and nothing you type is transmitted to or stored by the Site. The main way we receive personal information is when you choose to email us. Our hosting provider and certain third-party services process limited technical data (such as your IP address) as a normal part of delivering the Site.

2. Information we collect

Information you send us. If you contact us by email (for example, at dchaplin@rdenz.com), we receive and retain the information you provide, such as your name, email address, and the contents of your message, so we can respond and follow up. The audit intake form on the Site does not transmit or store anything itself: pressing submit opens a prefilled email in your own mail client, and your request reaches us only if you choose to send that email.

Server and security logs. Our hosting provider automatically records standard technical information when the Site is accessed, including IP address, browser type, referring pages, and date/time stamps. This information is used for operating, securing, and troubleshooting the Site.

Third-party resources. The Site is fully self-hosted: fonts, interface code, and animation assets are all served from rdenz.com, and your browser makes no requests to third-party content providers when displaying the Site. The only party that processes technical data as part of delivering the Site is our hosting provider, as described under server and security logs above.

We do not use cookies, web beacons, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics on the Site, and we do not track your activity across other websites.

3. How we use information

We use the information you send us to respond to inquiries, provide requested information, evaluate potential engagements, and maintain our business records. We use technical log data to operate, secure, and improve the Site. We do not use your information for automated decision-making about you.

4. How we share information

We do not sell or rent personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate our business (such as our website host and email provider), and we may disclose information where required by law, to comply with legal process, or to protect our rights, safety, and property. As a federal contractor, we may also disclose relevant information when required by applicable procurement, contract, audit, security, legal, or government reporting obligations.

5. Data retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, to maintain business records, and to comply with our legal and contractual obligations, after which we take steps to delete or de-identify it.

6. Your choices and rights

Because we collect little personal information and only when you send it to us, the simplest way to exercise your privacy rights is to contact us. You may request that we access, correct, or delete the personal information you have provided, and you may ask us to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) or the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR); we will honor applicable rights on request and will not discriminate against you for exercising them.

7. Data security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information under our control. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's privacy

The Site is intended for a business audience and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. External links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and services that we do not control. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.

10. Changes to this policy
