You may access and use the Site for lawful, personal, and legitimate business purposes. You agree not to: (a) use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or related systems; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation or security; (d) use automated means to scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Site except as permitted by our robots directives; or (e) use the Site to transmit malware or engage in any harmful activity. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and without notice or liability, to restrict or block access to the Site from any person or IP address, including for security monitoring or suspected abuse.

The Site and its contents, including text, graphics, logos, the rDenz name and mark, and the names of our platforms and offerings such as rEfracta and ARGUS™, are owned by or licensed to rDenz Solutions LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own reference, but you may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

4. Trademarks

rDenz Solutions, rEfracta, ARGUS, and related names, logos, and marks are trademarks or service marks of rDenz Solutions LLC. Other names and marks appearing on the Site are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only; their use does not imply endorsement or affiliation. References on the Site to our SDVOSB status, CAGE code, UEI, NAICS codes, or to any agencies or government programs are provided for identification and contracting purposes only and do not imply endorsement by the U.S. Government or any agency.

5. Third-party links and services

The Site may link to or rely on third-party websites, resources, and services that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of those third parties, and providing a link does not imply endorsement. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or availability. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, and any illustrative metrics or examples on the Site are provided for context only and are not guarantees of results.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, rDenz Solutions LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless rDenz Solutions LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that the state and federal courts located in the State of Florida will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Changes take effect when posted, and your continued use of the Site after that time constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and rDenz regarding your use of the Site.
